High Fiber Breakfast Parfait
-1/2 C Trilogy seed mix (hemp heart, flax seed, chia seed) blend
-1/4 C fresh or frozen raspberries (raspberries are highest fiber but can also substitute with strawberry or blueberry or a combo)
-1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
-1/4 C sliced fresh coconut or dried coconut flakes
-1/8 Tsp cinnamon
Layer ingredients to make a parfait. Most important is to learn the proper order to eat your food to receive the benefits of fiber! Make parfait in this order. (Fiber, Protein, Fat, Carbs)
